Studies have shown massage can help reduce stress, lessen pain and muscle tightness, increase relaxation and improve the work of the immune system.

Tiffany Pohlhammer

Tiffany is a skilled massage therapist who has been providing massages for almost a decade, and formally trained in all traditional massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and prenatal. She also has additional training in myofascial release, cupping, gua sha (graston), Thai and many more. Tiffany is currently in school to obtain her personal training certificate with emphasis on rehabilitative recovery.
